I forget abt run
amist my suntans, amist the food, the clams, the sambal, the sotong the sting ray. where is my run…i feel so bloated everyday, i did swims, but where is my run.
I will run now. Reading abt today : GET MORE PHYSICAL, CHANGE THE HABITS THAT WILL AFFECT UR HEALTH….accurate! I have many taboo habits…
