I guess why i am feeling weird these days… LACK OF SUGAR?

after just popping several jelly beans in …i had some, i feel so great….

i guess the proteins just bland everything…..just cfm tat i am working this fri for 7 hours.. although its exam soon, but it is just mere 7 hrs..treat it as a break..

The sun that comes every morning. The tan u get from it.
The fitness u attained from running.
The food that u eat.

AAll these must be continuously done. I just did 3.8km and 9 laps of swimming today. Some suntan. It was bad. After just stopping for a week, it goes back to ZERO. I feel so exhausted and hungry even after my 2.4km run. I exert and force to 3.8km. Training has to be continuous. Its a continuous funcction.

Why can’t it just stay there.

Thanks again to the hype hairstyle..wahhaha tat my friend’s aunt cut for me.. it was the cheapest ever and the best ever. TRUST ME. no more other salons, wadever from wadever. I just stick to the $5 and super good cut…. She is so skilful and pro…POWER! 1st time see a 30+ auntie can cut so well, very pro…really can win many many self-proclaim tops. It is good and she only charge at a special rate of $5.She knows so much abt hairstyle……surprise…i even ask her, can i cut the famous taiwanese hairstyle..those wu zhun sport. Not tat i am cutting, just asking for fun..It will take me years to grow tat hairstyle..

Anyway today is a great day…had good food. I am so hungry now. How i wish, i had a plate of teppanyaki mushroom right in front of me….Garlic bread from Singa goody rocks.

this drink is real something that can enhance the BEING.. understand wad i meant. I bet some dun..

Anyway today had been out for i think 5 hours with mr clark …..and then the rest of the days were struck in a cafe reading some stuff…Did i mention on fri nite, we took a grp photo with 7-11 soft drinks…ahhahah will post the pic one day.. ok , many places to go, many movies to watch as usual..however, i wish exam dun come so fast..i need a break..a real break

I had about 5 big cups of orange juice - The ones i buy in the supermarkets. I haven had them for quite some time and yeah, they taste great.

Had a good swim, some good dumbells, some nice sketching as well as some great proteins…Needless to say, refresh.

Indeed, when i am awake, refreshed…reading just come to my mind…. i wan to use my brains to think, i want to work things out myself.. Ideal state..

Maintaining the muscles as well as exercise isn’t very easy but indeed, very rewarding….. my addication……..i can never stop running or likewise stop doing those exercises…u gonna continue until u reach ur last day…

That’s life.
