Focus…happy
This blog post just came cos my friends jus sparkle me to msn….I online to ask Cleve a few qns on japanese and ppl jio me to KTV, another one to majan and another to eat.
Tml is my exam and i want to stay focus…but i know myself, i am easily influence, i am hype up and feel like playing but tml is my exam….Focus, DL stay focus.
Anyway jus something to correct ppl who wants to slim down. People ask me how to slim down. If u want to succeed, there are a few things to look down for…. Me being a health screener before advise u guys
1- dun think if u cut down on ur food, u will be slim……unless u are downright determined…wad will affect u is ur mind..before u even want to slim down, 1st adjust ur mindset..That is very impt. Without the correct mental strength, u already lose 50% of the battle.
2- It has been recorded tat u skip lunch, dinner and just have 1 meal a day when u usually have 3 a day? u will eat more for dinner and when it is meal time, worse, u will gobble down food…eat and eat and eat….. U gain more…at one go, so many food…… The correct way is to eat 7 meals a day…..1 meal a little by a little… and best to eat everything stream or boil. SPREAD OUT UR MEALS.
3- CHOOSE UR FOOD..FRIENDS WHO GO BUFFET WITH ME will know tat i laugh at them for taking eggs. NO EGGS ALLOWED and if u wan eggs only eat the whites…u reject if u eat the yolk… Ppl who are on diet take in eggs, end up more fat than u eat a packet of vegetable rice. 1 egg already 300 over calories, same as a plate of fried kway tiao u know… DUN EAT EGGS. U REJECT… esp the yolks…eat the whites only… When i was building muscle at tat time, i avoided egg yolks.
4- U muz sleep everyday at 10pm. best is 9pm. Ur body need to detox. and researchs have shown tat staying up late makes u more pale and fatter!!! ask ur grandfather or grandmum, they know.
5- CHOOSE UR DRINKS. I dunnoe to advise this or not. But drinking too much water make u fatter. Try to limit ur water intake…too much water will cause water poisoning, too little cause ur toxin to be unable to flush out of ur body. My advise, just take in wad u need..not too much. Y? U already eat so little food, u take in more water, WATER POISIONING.. it is bad. drink when u r thirty. Those body builders only take sips of water or some only drink when they are thirty. EAT WHEN U R HUNGRY, DUN JUST DRINK WATER AND THINK u will be full. Ok, next, dun take in fruit juice, take in vegetable juice…fruit juice a lot of sugar , will make u fat, trust me. take in vegetable juice and would recommend u take in carrot juice.
6- It is good to take at least a cup of green tea everyday esp for guys.
7- oh yes, i forget, the best way to slim down is to do cardio. RUN EVERYDAY FOR 45 MINUTES… this 7th step is the most impt… dun jus run for 10 min and stop ……. for the start, jus go slow..but do it for 45 min. 1st 30 min u only cut down sugars and proteins….only after the 30 min mark, there u go, the FATS.
These are wad I know and i have seen many ppl do it wrongly……their diet plan… Ppl who have seen me last time when i am actively gyming know i lost 10 kg in 2 months and got my 4 pec.hahahah.
Anyway they are my 3 cent worth, tat i have read, listen and know by personal experience.

HOPE TO KNOW ALL UR PROGRESS, those gymers and as well as ppl who wants to slim down but pls dun sms me and ask me wad to eat or wad not to eat…i am not tat professional. I just know tat very bit. Another thing, if u are reading website on health, pls be more alert and not be gullible to believe everything u read.
Jus some golden rule in summary:
Spread out ur meals, a little a time- this is to not stress ur stomach, let it go back to its small original size
Dun take in too much water, take in just wad u need.
Dun take Egg Yolks and try to have ur food stream or boiled.
When i was gymming last time, i eat wadever i want. But no yolks… but i exercise seriously…45min on the treadmill for 2 months lose 10kg…..
THAT’S MY ADVICE.
