It has been long since i type in this blog of mine.
I guess there is much more meaningful thing to do ? Soon, my time will be really really pack with hectic schedules and lectures to rush for. I am so happy with my life now and my temp work. But that is jus for temp….. there are jus many lifelong plans to consider.
Time has passed and i guess i am improving myself through personal reflection, evaluation of the past. Bidding farewell for the kid in me, and welcome the maturity friend of mine. It’s just how i felt for the past months and yea, i like the new me.
Shed KGs away, live healthily, building myself up……it is one of the objective for me for the time now… I guess I muz be ready for more challenges and keep up pace in everything.
Lately, i am quite obessed with sunglasses and those wore by mega-star, they seem cool. Though gymming day and nite, food still come up to my mind every now and then, and i am picky with wad i consume now. Tried the famous jap curry rice with a good friend lately, it said to be Singapore’s only few jap curry rice restaurant. Did not really like it, as i like spicy curry not sweet. Nevertheless, it is worth a try. 6/10 for me. Food may be one of the factor that we humans live today.
Done many things lately, be it joining the stocking up of things during GSS season, eating and eating, introducing food to ppl, giving formula to ppl abt gymming…and many more.
Determination is the key to success, that my word of wisdom for ppl who asked me for formula in exercising. (Hope it does not sound too over)
Some shedding fats, welcoming muscles tips, Just 1 for today ( I am not an expert, but that is wad i do as wad ppl asked me every now and then):Take up Oats if u are hungry and do not wish to gain up any excess calories. They are bland and quite tasteless. But many of my sporty friends do take them for meals. For me, i stop lately as I am too lazy to cook……Stop ur yolk comsumption, eat whites, yolk has over 315 calories probably but whites have ZERO.
