Talking Point- On food that are bad/good.
Read some articles lately since i am helping my camp’s encik in the Health Talk.
Say no to Mayonaise….99% of Mayo is FATS. So when u eat at sakae sushi, macdonalds, long john, Fish n Co- dun ask for mayo….take off all the mayo…IT IS BAD FOR HEALTH… u can save up the space for many more food.
Nuts, on the other hand is vvv good for ur health. It can help to lower bad body cholesterol……
20 laps- Today went to JE to swim 20 laps and some suntanning- 1 of my fav pastime. Ate chicken rice for lunch and continue my swim later on. The sun was strong at 1st and it began to rain a few hours later. Lucky me had a nice tan before the rain starts pouring in.
After swimming, went to TWO WAY HOLISTIC to find thomas to cut my hair. Told him the usual style and he cut the way i want..not really perfect but still vvv good…good job, his wash hair skills damn good..vvvv comfortable.
After cutting, went to 7-11 to get a drink and jus when i wan to open my umbrella, found out that it was faulty. That sux and i jus dunnoe shld i go hm 1st or go get an umbrella (I hav a driving lesson later on)… After brainstorming for awhile, decide to search for a shop to get cheap umbrella. Saw the ever famous CK Dep. store, got an umbrella, quite LC for 4.90 and decide to embark on my journey to BBDC. On the way, got down to the wrong bus stop. Saw sis, then hop on to another bus before reaching BBDC. When i reach, i gave Johnson a call and guess wad, he told me the lesson starts at 4.30…i reach at 4.00. He is a damn sotong- 1st, i double check with him, he say 4 o’clock. 2nd, mix up my sis with me….Anyway he tot me how to drive. V nervous as i already drive on the road. Some ppl jus cross the road like their dad’s road, and i really prepare to slam the brake anytime.
BTW, the brake is a vvv bad design, use abit force, then it will brake vvv hard and the car will upsurge. That sux . My instructor kept nagging abt the sudden stop and irregular movement of the car…but i am jus not comfortable and inexperience….more practice will help….
Dinner was w sis, ate at MAYIN in westmall. The restaurant food is so so… and the waitress is all damn irritating…Each time a customer comes in, they will all shout WELCOME TO MAYIN one by one…and it was damn loud and irritating…..Was about to drink my hot rose tea but nearly puke. The food makes me feel quite uncomfortable.. Ate a la mian but crystal jade still the best…No wonder crystal jade is always so crowded……..
