Add a testimonal for him, a long one..and i hope he appreciates it….LoL~ He is none other than the good bowler tat i mention in earlier post…

k la, he is quite a good pal to go to ktv with. Why? cos they usually pai seh to sing. So, for thick-skin ppl like me who clinch on mikes can sing and sing. BUT, I m those with EQ and will make sure everyone is involved and have funnn……. I am oso not "k gao" with money. Dislike ppl 10 cent oso wan to k gao..dun be surprised, i hav a friend in army is like tat…tat y he is being condemned~

The other day
Went to JP w mum and sis as we wanted to taste crystal jade’s chef skills again….Went straight up and we were shocked to see that crystal jade had a new look…wow, a dark one..so different from the original bright look tat it sports. The food was no doubt as usual tasty and the chilli oil rocks. Recommend u guys taste their xiao long bao. Crystal Jade is successful because it tastes nice, air con environment as well as middle pricing.. It is affordable!~

Then, after filling our stomach to the max, we went down to satify my craving (i have been craving it for days)….SCOOPZ’S durian ice-cream. Tell u what, their durian ice-cream is tasty and rich in durian. As my title shows, i have a bad sorethroat? why? i ate 1 tub of durian ice-cream 650g…..imagine 650g of durian ice-cream….wah, it is so heaty…i will take care.

AMPT
Today, i woke up at 7am, took a cab down to PLMC. On call cab , as usual as there is little visible cab in the morning. THAT SUX~ However, the driver is nice to drive fast …at a reasonable speed and it only cost be closed to $20 bucks. Being elated, i ask the driver no need to give me change…lol……he even ask me if i wan reciept…nice chap…Went to PLMC, saw staff lynn on the way, she is nice to recognise me ……not bad ar…other base ppl know me sia……went in with her…lucky me……..then when test starts, glad to be taken by green tea…he rox…..i chose easy easy and taken the test easy easy…easy easy pass….glad..thx green tea though he keeps teasing me`!lol…good senior medic……..haha, but encik better la…=)

Hey peeps, weather has been bad lately…dun u think so? Morning sunshine, afternoon rain, then sunshine….lol why? anyone knows the reason? Maybe because RAIN is coming to town to hold a concert….was shocked..his concert tickets at $488…tat shows he is really popular…I tot the most expensive tix is $198..our singapore stefanie sun concert tix…mei you xiang dao, the pop king of korean’s concern tix is so expensive….$500 bucks and it is all sold out i heard…not sure though.

Abt raining….i dun like wet weather….the other day, wanted to suntan, bought golden suntan oil to have a gold tan…my tan is usually dark but it rains….will tan one day…will find ppl to go with me………..btw, swam 16 laps the other day…too long neva swim and gym, legs, hands rusty…muz do often..if not my tummy is out…anyway it is out le….

Honestly, I love this blog a lot. This blog is v user friendly, easy to blog, easy to see comparing it to others….

Today had been a day of work as well as rest and food. I enjoyed the dinner with jus nice portion of fried hokkien mee , rojak and satay at Boon Lay. I m a rojak lover now.

Yesterday i slept at 2am approx. woke up 7am today, almost cannot wake up and went out till 1pm….quite tired…went home straight, had lunch - a light one, then go to bed and ZzZzZzZz for close to 5 hours then went out for dinner…….Went NTUC to carry MILOS….Chilled milo taste the greatest as wad many of u knows……….. Milo is the best drink in my dictionary followed by blackcurrent aloe vera………..

Todae feel so good….mostly because of the KTV……@ chervons.

Afternoon was at suki sushi buffet w joe and clark.. Hmm, i guess we wun have buffet for a long long time…why? cos we are not pigs…… we simply cannot stuff ourselves….We r humans!

Then was shopping to find clark’s gift for his girl? dunnoe is girlfriend or wad la..
wooooooooooo….Then joe wanted to play bowl so we went down to the chervons to play 2 rounds of bowling… Hey i used to score 174 (my highest) at cdan and we used to play bowling during sec sch days…Remember the days with jin kiat, wilson, pei hao, wei jie …all the robotics guys…The bowling manic and oso the lazer quest manic at cdans….The place was our favourite hangout at tat time….remember guys if u all happen to read…..

Now it was CHERVONS…CHERVONS ROCKS BIG TIME. The KTV, the ppl, the pool table….my friend clark is a pool’s expert u know..he wins 3 rounds and got them for free..unlike me BUT I am KTV KING……I think I win win win and sing better than many many ppl there……..lol..tat was wad many ppl says la…..That leaves Joe with nothing…oh no, he is a bowler…he is the top scorer!!! 116 pts…….not bad ar….. I muz train and resume my 174 points..though not a lot but still good for unpro ppl like us….

So In a nutshell,

The pool king is Clark
The ktv king is Me!!!
The bowling king is joe….

We make a good team yes?????

Hallo, its time to blog again after a long long day.

Having watched Survivor over TV is great and fantasticly cool… I am rooting for YUL as i think he is a great player…Pravti looks like Jenna M from Amazon , the female survivor that i like a lot…but still rooting for YUL…dunnoe y…. Tattoo jessica is gone and tat is wasted cos i like her a lot..her personality is great…..

Survivor is a cool game, leaving outdoor, fishing and i really want to try it…looking at it seems fun but i know it is vvv difficult and u need the physical strength to remain in the gamme but i still wanna try it…

Gonna have suki buffet with my friend tomolo..joe and clark and tat sux as i dun know when can i achieve my 6 pec…..

Slacking at home, eating favourite chicken rice and watching or should i say rewatching my DVD- THE RETURN OF THE CONDOR HEROS. Xiao Long Nu is really vvv pretty and i am so attracted to her. She is a beauty……..That y i keep watching and watching….Her moves, her facial expression…great….=)

That DVD is really worth watching and it is great…get it if u can…acted by liu yun fei………

Life for me have been great lately after I recovered from the disturbing and headache diarrhoea. Slow pace, slacking at home, enjoying food and the cool wind blow. Isn’t life great now. So hope tat my life can be like tat forever….

Went to ah yi bao yu with my family the other day…They have a promotion for abalone/ sharkfin and it tastes yummy. My tummy is really fortunate as when it jus recovered, it tastes great food…… I simply love the scallop and the dessert…Soothing not oily. I am into healthy food nowadays…so ermz no to buffet….buffet is defined as starving food into one’s stomach like there is no tomolo… wad for? why dun u jus choose wad u like to eat and enjoyed it…it maybe even more cheaper……but some time later, me will go into buffet again because of the variety…………..

My gym and healthy routine muz go on…….

Kk, they all rox …….. had to prepare with tomolo’s outing at new york new york….have to zzz and wish everyone PEACE as well as those in TAB now…everything will be fine!

Having seen and attended a few 21st bday of buddies and friends makes me think how I want mine to be like. A party form? A family concept? An oversea treat? A material comfort day?
I guess I cannot decide between one that is similar to my sister’s (2 day bday celebration with buffet and a big big bday Key cake) or an oversea material comfort trip? Still think and pondering on.

Attended YY’s bday day. Her 21st bday. She looks pretty with her elegant outfit and nice make up with some high end rings to complement her appearance. Food was not bad and it was on the whole semi-grand with some mini gathering….

That sum up her bday party with lots of gifts, friends as well as greetings.

Back to my gym routine after a relaxed day.

I notice a pattern in our weather lately. Morning will be sunny till 1300, then the sky will be covered with dark clouds later on in the afternoon. Today I somehow decided to stay healthy, eat healthy. I controlled myself, my mouth, not breathing out and eat as much as I can. Afternoon my plan was to eat some veggie and white meat then proceed on to gym. Went down to coffeeshop to buy some vegetable rice- Chose only green leafy one, no to my usual favourite preserved vegetable. 1 meat, pork and less rice. I mus allow my stomach go back to its original size or at least somewhere close to its original. That way I will feel comfortable and can stay healthy over the years.

Rain came in the afternoon and my mood for gym decreases. That sux. Jus slack in front of my pc, read some old magazines as well as the newspaper. Then came my favourite E-NEWS show at Channel 8…Watch and soon, it was time to meet my mum and sis for dinner. Saw granny there and brought her along. Had a real comfortable meal, not too much and jus nice…Many a times, we guys eat and eat and eat uncontrollably and that is bad for our health in the long run. I control myself with 1 serving of rice and slowly i chew… Ate my favourite seafood and fish soup and mum bought some white steam chicken and some zhu chang fen. My family likes to order a lot of food in the table….then we will start to help ourselves…The many food in the table seems to make our meals more appetizing as well as comfortable? I guess it is in the mind.
