I think it has been reported recently that ICE MILO CAUSES DIABETIC. So, blog readers, pls refrain from drinking ice milo. Say No to Ice Milo but Yes to Cold Milo or Should I say chilled Milo. Milo without ice…..If u enjoy cold milo, buy packet milo, put it in the fridge….. Have Cold Milo but not Ice Milo.
It is bad for Health though it is nice…
Full. Yes, today has been a complete day with gifts, blessings, workout, and happiness. Went to gym after work and dinner with mum. Clark was there with me, haiz, definately my best buddy from NS. He is always there to crap and crap with me, making me smile and happy but more imptly, is the gym workout. 1st, I ran 2.4km, then pull up, lift weight, train abs and finally is 20minutes of endurance cycling. Both of us did the same! Though we may develop cramps, but it is definately refreshing and fulfilling. Had hot milo and dim sum after that. Talk as usual as we paced home. Me walk, He takes a bus. What a life! Though it is simple, but we are contented and happy. No doubt, my best friend, have lab test yet accompany me, tolerate my frustration..haha!
Oh yes, oso collected my spec today…..jus so happy abt it…its translucant. Satify with it. I oso love my new hair…. Now, still hoping to go KTV soon…….

What a nice song and refreshing tune to turn to in times of stress. Sis and I sang it well. Miss the days in cupage.. Ktv will be soon, need it :).
Yesterday was a fulfilling dae where I went out with clark. Made a new spec , stylo milo. Special designer frame with cool lens. Tinted ones. Cut hair le, like last time short one…..no energy to keep a long one. Short hair more cooling.

Today was a great day. Went out morning w YL..ate Lai Lai..ok la..not bad.
Dinner was nnot bad with dim sum like xiao long bao - yummy!.
On the mission of viewing my new VCD…nice detective show i suppose.
8.29pm in front of pc….
Rays of Ubin
Yellow lines shot out, blinding the views of heartlanders like us.
Excitement with joy covered the morning new air
Cladded in casual fit with packs to Ubin, we come.
Scents of the old covered our minds
Equip us with notes
Ride in two wheels
We tour the roads of Ubin.
Saturday a day of Fun.
I think some of my concept is still Wrong (x). going for a 3rd attempt…this time round, 400 qns and ans will come handy…
