Backdated Entry
Hey guys, actually wanted to post this "post" yesterday but apparently friendster was down. Anyway, was really elated yesterday plus some fatigue from 20 of 50m laps of swimming and 4 hrs of suntanning. Leading a sporty n healthy life now. Eating high protein, low carbo and I can see my 6 packs coming out real soon. Protein works. I was at the complex with JY and we motivated each other…. No doubt my legs cramp twice but still carry on until i reach 20 laps. Wonderful. Today with some cramps but I must say my muscle heal real fast with Whey. Thanks.
Pray for peace. Out to "grab" more muscle now.
