A New Unit
New- Yeah, a new chapter of life to begin with. Today has been a fulfilling and happy one. Went to gym again with my super favourite brother- Clark. Notice his english name, derive from his vocation. I shall not say so much. As my little brother, he is very cute and fun to be with. We went gym, though he being my small bro, he does more weights, run faster than me. Maybe he has less fat in his body…. He says he is thinner than me and wadeva. I dun care. As usual, my little bro is so full of energy and he improves day by day. Now, both me and bro is full of cramps after 2.4km run, 40 plus of 10kg weights, abs training and 20min of endurance cycling. Well done I should say.
After we part ways as we have different commitment. Me, i have to meet mum for dinner while bro needs to go home for dinner. Meet Mum and Hey, i jus ate fruits and some satay. No mood for those oily pig noodles. Dunnoe why, jus wanna drink water and fruit. No oil food ….. Maybe because of the tough exercise. I should say, a good day. Had a new spec and I love it. Many love it too. Haha.
