Brown Rice is actually jus RICE. The normal Rice we eatif i am not wrong, it is jus a step different from white rice. Brown rice is white rice with a brown layer of coating..In other words,Brown rice is simply white rice that has not had the bran covering the rice grains removed…..RICE as many know goes through many process and before turning to white , it is actually brown. Ppl usually consume white rice as it is softer and cheaper….but brown rice has more vitamin, fibre.We all need from 15 to 25 grams of fiber in our diet every day… GOOD FOR HEALTH definately…. Remember the xiao dou dou piece i post? SHE OSO mentioned abt brown rice being healthy.
